1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LeanRent ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use LeanRent for personal and commercial property management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in LeanRent
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
LeanRent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
